The course systematically teaches the students, who want to learn, understand and master the Techniques of Music composition to become a successful Music Composer. The student will learn how to compose a small motif and develop the motif into a phrase, Period and a Musical Sentence.

The concept of using passing notes and auxiliary notes in writing a tune.
The student must have completed Music Theory 1, 2 and 3 courses or must have completed Grade 8 theory exam conducted by Trinity College of Music, London or ABRSM. The Student should be good in Western Music Notation reading and writing and also must know the concept of Melodic Transcription.
